Not satisfied with the product?
- You have 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
- After that, you have 14 days to return the product.
- After registering the return, we will transfer the order amount including shipping costs to you within 14 days.
Please note:
- Without this return form Returns are not possible!
- Returns are not possible on purchased bicycle sidecars with scratches.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

4 steps to return your product
Step 1: register
Please contact us via WhatsApp (+31 6 17 63 31 20) and notify us of your return shipment.
Step 2: Form
You can only return our products using our return form:
- Print this return form and fill it in
- Place the return form in the parcel.
Step 3: Packaging
- Place the products in their original condition and packaging in a box.
- Place the completed return form in the box.
Step 4: Shipping
- Hand in the parcel at the post office
- Keep the proof of postage in a safe place.
When do we repay?
After registering the return, we will transfer the order amount including shipping costs to you within 14 days.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount using the same method you used to pay. If this is not possible, we will contact you.
What are the costs for returning an item?
The costs for returning the goods to Scandinavian Sidebike in Denmark are at your own expense. These costs average €35-84 depending on the product. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
