The Sidebike Mini is the smallest sidecar from Scandinavian Sidebike, designed in Denmark. The sidecar is specially designed for small to medium-sized dogs (up to a large Cocker Spaniel). The sidecar is 10 cm narrower and 40 cm shorter than the larger models (Scandinavian Sidebike and Doggy Door). Thanks to its clever design, the sidecar can be quickly attached to and detached from your own bicycle. The wheel can be detached so that you can easily take the Sidebike Mini with you in your car or motorhome.
Small to medium-sized dogs: Suitable for dogs up to the size of a large Cocker Spaniel.

The total width of a bicycle with the Sidebike Mini – from the sidecar wheel to the outer point of the left handlebar – averages between 100 and 105 cm. This depends on the width of your bicycle and handlebars.
The sidecar is supplied as a kit, so you can easily assemble it yourself. All parts are contained in a sturdy cardboard box, including clear assembly instructions.
Safety comes first. Riding a sidecar is no more dangerous than riding a cargo bike/bike trailer or a bicycle with a child seat/dog basket, but it is otherwise. The big advantage is that your child or dog is sitting right next to you. This gives you peace of mind. You always have direct eye contact and always cross at the same time. That feels safer than a bicycle trailer behind you.
