Complaints procedure

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@fietszijspan.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/knowledge base/consumers/disputes

Consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.

Check whether your bicycle is suitable

Scandinavian Sidebike products are suitable for all 80% (electric) bicycles and fat bikes on the market. However, there are a number of conditions that must be met before a sidecar may be used.
